Join us to explore how self-care and mindfulness can support your physical,
mental, and emotional well-being. Learn how to feel more balanced, improve
your mood, and better care for yourself through activities like mental acuity
exercises, body movement, meditation, arts and crafts, and journaling.

Mindfulness practices can help reduce stress, improve focus, ease anxiety and
chronic pain, and support overall health. With the right techniques, you can
experience lasting benefits such as stronger relationships and better
management of health conditions.
