WISE Healthy Aging Program
**FRIDAYS | 10:00 am – 11:45 am**
The WISE Program (Wellness Initiatives for Senior Education) is an evidence-
based, 6-week program that celebrates healthy aging and making healthy
lifestyle decisions. You will be taught how to identify wellness tools and
develop a plan to manage daily stress. Join us to understand more about
“normal aging” and more. _Facilitators: Mary Wolff OCPS and Rebecca Jones
