Strong Moms Society: Bounce Edition
**Strong Moms Society is back!** Join us next month as we switch things up
with **Bounce** , a trampoline-based fitness class at **Define in Oakley**.
We’re excited to explore another part of town and gather right in the heart of
**Oakley Square**.
Bounce (also called rebounding) is a fun way to get in **great cardio while
being gentle on your knees and joints**. The trampoline surface also engages
your **core, balance, and stabilizing muscles** , while the up-and-down motion
helps **boost circulation and support the lymphatic system** — making it a
surprisingly effective full-body workout that feels more like play than
punishment.
And because we’re all moms here — postpartum might mean a few months or a few
years — the trampoline surface is **much gentler on your joints and pelvic
floor than traditional jumping**. (In other words: you can bounce without
worrying about peeing your pants.)
_I have been going once a week lately and absolutely love it!_ Come move,
laugh, and connect with other local moms while carving out a little time for
yourself during that magical _nap time_ window.
