Shabbat Evening Service

**_Due to the circumstances in Israel, Rabbi Oshrat Morag, Senior Rabbi of the
Leo Baeck Education Center in Haifa, is no longer able to travel to Cincinnati
to join us for this service. We hope to reschedule this opportunity in the
future!_**

**__** Join us for a special Shabbat service with Rabbi Oshrat Morag, Senior
Rabbi of the Leo Baeck Education Center in Haifa. Rabbi Morag oversees the
religious and spiritual life of 2,400 students from preschool through 12th
grade. Additionally, she co-leads Arab-Jewish programs and oversees the
vibrant Community Center.

Born and raised in Haifa, Rabbi Morag served as a rabbi of Congregation Or
Hadash and held rabbinic positions in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she pursued her
PhD in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

A committed advocate for women’s rights and gender equality within Judaism,
Rabbi Morag is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where women and men can
celebrate their Jewish identity. Her work, including her doctoral dissertation
and numerous publications, focuses on the intersection of gender and liturgy.

Rabbi Morag will share her vision of an Israel rooted in the prophetic values
of justice and morality, where Jewish tradition serves as a source of peace,
love, and unity.
