A FREE youth mental health event, presented for parents, caregivers, and
professionals who connect with Jewish youth, teens, or young adults.

Join us for an entertaining and interactive event where you will gain a better

* Deeper understanding, insight, and actionable steps to increase allyship with Jewish youth
* Finding and building support systems
* Resources on mental health care
* Inspiring stories about advocacy
* Anecdotes and a comedic approach to reducing stigma

Hear from internationally renowned speakers, Pamela Schuller and Sophie
Riegel!

Schuller is an internationally known disability and mental health inclusion
advocate and professional comedian and storyteller.

Riegel is the author of three best-selling books, a TEDx presenter, a coach,
and a mental health advocate who will share her lived experiences with mental
health.
