Pathway to Care: Your Guide for Aging Parent Support

Join Ann Burke a gerontologist and Aging Life Care Professional from Jewish
Family Service to talk about care options for your aging parents. Ann’s aim is
to equip adult children with knowledge, tools, and support necessary for
effectively caring for aging parents.

The program covers a wide range of topics, including understanding the
physical and mental health needs of elderly parents, financial planning, legal
considerations, and strategies for maintaining the caregiver’s well-being.

Ann heads up the Aging and Caregiver Services at Jewish Family Service and has
been a family caregiver for her mother and mother-in-law.
