Ann Burke, Chief Services Officer at Jewish Family Service, will help you make
sense of the complex—and often confusing—world of elder care. Learn about
geriatric care management: how to coordinate services, advocate for yourself,
and find the support you need. Come early to connect with local providers who
can help you age in place, including Assisting Hands, Trinity In-Home Care and
StarPoint, AgeWise Living Advisors, and Kept House Estate Sales.

Solo Aging programs are open to anyone planning for their future independence.
While especially helpful for those aging on their own, you don’t need to be a
solo ager to benefit.
