Discussions with the Social Workers: Coping with the Holidays

_This event is open to all JCC members, not just 60 & Better members. _

Holidays are a sacred time of reflection, renewal, and reconnection. It is
important to recognize that this time can bring about new grief for
individuals who are navigating loss. This program is designed to help
individuals prepare emotionally and practically for the upcoming holidays.
This program will include a discussion about the impact of grief on the
holidays and practical tools for caring for yourself and others during this
spiritual season.
