Camp Fellowship Post-Camp Professional Development 2026

**The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati is excited to share with you an
interactive post-camp professional development workshop.** In the workshop,
you will learn conflict styles and how to manage communications above, across,
and below. Effectively discuss ideas, needs, and challenges with supervisors,
colleagues, and the people that you manage. We will use real-world camp
examples that you can take with you into future jobs!

**This workshop will be co-taught by:**
* Sheri Vogel, Talent Management Advisor at the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati
* Cody Gamm, Assistant Human Resources Director at the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati
* Rachel Marchese, Assistant Director of Cincinnati Hillel (formerly Director of Student Services at JVS Careers)

Our speakers will also provide job search and human resource-related advice
through a panel discussion.

We will be serving a Kosher lunch.
