Access Granted: Inclusion is the Solution

Join us for practical conversations about **disability inclusion** in our
Jewish professional organizations.

Whether it’s a push-button door, closed captions on a webinar, or simply
knowing the right words to use, small changes can make a big difference for
the people we serve and the people we work alongside.

This session is designed to give you tools you can **actually****use**. Many
of them are free, most of them are simple, and all of them will be meaningful.
You’ll leave with:
• Working definitions of disability, accessibility, and universal design;
• An understanding of visible and invisible disabilities;
• Low-cost, high-impact actions you can take right away;
• Resources to easily assess your own organization

**Emily Fisher** , Inclusion Coordinator at the Mayerson JCC, will lead us
through collaborative discussions, shared language, and real-world examples
that will change the way you see your workplace.
