Sweet fresh starts & new beginnings

Join your PJ Library friends for a Rosh Hashanah celebration at Blue Ash
Nature Park. We’ll make it a sweet Jewish New Year by making “apple nachos” to
snack on. Children can also make Rosh HaShanah cards that we’ll mail to family
and friends (come with their addresses). We’ll be at Pine Shelter, which is
right next to a bridge over water, where we’ll preform _tashlich_ (the act of
throwing breadcrumbs – symbolizing our mistakes from the past year – into
water, clearing the way for a fresh start in the new year). Don’t miss this
chance to get your mind, heart, and stomach ready for a sweet new year.
