Pirkei Avot – A Study of Jewish Ethics

**Pirkei Avot** (Ethics of Our Ancestors) is a classic Jewish text filled with
wisdom about how to live with integrity, purpose, and responsibility toward
others.

Led by Rabbi Irvin M. Wise, this five-week class will explore selected
teachings and discuss how these ancient ideas speak to the ethical and social
challenges of our world today. Using modern commentary by Rabbi Dr. Shmuly
Yanklowitz, participants will reflect on what Jewish values can teach us about
justice, character, and meaningful living in our own lives.
