J Prime Volunteering

Give back to the community with J Prime. We have two volunteer opportunities
available (**please select only one location**):

**Heldman Family Food Pantry**
**10am – 12pm**
We will spend the morning volunteering in preparation for Thanksgiving week.
Our activity includes maintaining the flower beds, so we will be outdoors.

**Ronald McDonald House**
**8am – 12pm**
We will spend the morning preparing and serving brunch to the residents of the
Ronald McDonald House near Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

More details about each volunteering opportunity will be emailed after
registration.

_J Prime is a program for adults ages 45 and beyond who want to engage with
peers in dynamic, fun ways across Cincinnati. J Prime is for people who are in
the prime of their life: parents with high school or college students, new
empty-nesters, individuals or couples with adult children or without kids,
recent retirees, and all others who are looking for active, creative, and
