Intro to Judaism Classes
Introduction to Judaism classes incorporate various learning modalities,
including lecture,
chavruta/group text study, discussion, and experiential activities.
We are using curriculum provided by **The Miller Intro to Judaism Program**.
Inclusivity is a crucial value of the Miller Introduction to Judaism Program.
We welcome and embrace learners from all religious, ethnic, and cultural
backgrounds and all genders and sexual orientations. Note that students
participate in the Miller Introduction to Judaism Program for many reasons,
not only for conversion to Judaism. We aim to frame discussions so that all
students, whether they are planning to convert or not, whether they are Jewish
or not, feel welcomed, included, and honored.
* All students should also sign up for the On One Foot Video Companion (available for sign up at (http://ononefoot.com/)). Students should watch the video recap of each class after attending class and complete the review questions and journal.
* Session are 1.5 hours long.
