Gav Israel: Train Like You Mean It
**A free fitness program for Cincinnati teens—built on strength, grit, and
real connection. **
In Israel, some high schoolers join fitness groups to prepare for military
service. Gav Israel gives Cincinnati teens a taste of that same experience.
Gav Israel (Hebrew: “Israel’s Back”) is a free, four-session fitness program
open to students in grades 9–12. Led by Yarden, one of our Chaverim M’Israel,
alongside a martial arts instructor, each session combines strength training,
aerobics, motivation, teamwork, and mental toughness—all in a group
environment where you push each other to show up and get stronger.
Each session will be dedicated to the memory of a fallen Israeli soldier.
Sign up for one session or all four. Either way, you’re in.
**Sessions:**
