Chicken Soup Cook Off

Established in 2003 by Wise Temple Brotherhood members, Jay Rissover and Rick
Seelig, this beloved community event has brought together professional chefs
and amateur cooks alike for a spirited competition, all while raising funds
for vital charitable services. With hundreds of gallons of delicious chicken
soup prepared each year, participants not only showcase their culinary talents
but also contribute to alleviating food insecurity in the Cincinnati area.

Join us for an afternoon of fun that supports the Brotherhood’s on-going
charitable work, as well as the community at large. Come for the all-you-can-
eat soup and vote for your favorites from local restaurants and amateur
entrants!
