Despite what we may think about distilling in America, in general, and Bourbon, in particular, Jews have been involved in significant ways in American distilling history.
Maggie Kimberl is the Bourbon Women’s Association’s President and American Whiskey Magazine’s Content Editor. She is a freelance spirits journalist focusing on whiskey culture in the United States, though she considers herself “geographically blessed” to live in the epicenter of the Bourbon world, Louisville, Kentucky.
