Prior\nTheatre at the J alumni and siblings of current cast members are especially\nencouraged to apply. Students should have ability to take direction and work\nindependently. Final assignments will be given based on aptitude to ensure\nstudent success. Student stage crew will be assigned to adult supervisors at a\nratio of 2:1. \nBackstage crew is essential to the success of any show. This pilot program is\nthe first step to including everyone in theatre\, not just those who want to be\nin the spotlight. The difference in our\ncurrent situation is that the political divisions are limiting our ability to\nfunction effectively as a country and straining relationships. A Pew Research\nStudy in October 2019 found an overwhelming majority of respondents wanted\nless divisiveness and more cooperation. Student stage crew will be assigned to adult supervisors at a\nratio of 2:1. \nBackstage crew is essential to the success of any show.
