Final assignments will be given based on aptitude to ensure\nstudent success. Student stage crew will be assigned to adult supervisors at a\nratio of 2:1. \nBackstage crew is essential to the success of any show. This pilot program is\nthe first step to including everyone in theatre\, not just those who want to be\nin the spotlight.
