DESCRIPTION:This 3-week program is open to students ages 10 – 17 who want to be involved\nin the behind-the-scenes aspect of theatre. Student stage crew will be assigned to adult supervisors at a\nratio of 2:1. \nBackstage crew is essential to the success of any show. This pilot program is\nthe first step to including everyone in theatre\, not just those who want to be\nin the spotlight. SUMMARY:Gav Israel: Train Like You Mean It
DESCRIPTION:**A free fitness program for Cincinnati teens—built on strength\, grit\, and\nreal connection.  ** \nIn Israel\, some high schoolers join fitness groups to prepare for military\nservice. Gav Israel gives Cincinnati teens a taste of that same experience. \nGav Israel (Hebrew: “Israel’s Back”) is a free\, four-session fitness program\nopen to students in grades 9–12. Led by Yarden\, one of our Chaverim M’Israel\,\nalongside a martial arts instructor\, each session combines strength training\,\naerobics\, motivation\, teamwork\, and mental toughness—all in a group\nenvironment where you push each other to show up and get stronger. \nEach session will be dedicated to the memory of a fallen Israeli soldier.\nSign up for one session or all four. DESCRIPTION:**A free fitness program for Cincinnati teens—built on strength\, grit\, and\nreal connection.  ** \nIn Israel\, some high schoolers join fitness groups to prepare for military\nservice. Gav Israel gives Cincinnati teens a taste of that same experience. \nGav Israel (Hebrew: “Israel’s Back”) is a free\, four-session fitness program\nopen to students in grades 9–12. Led by Yarden\, one of our Chaverim M’Israel\,\nalongside a martial arts instructor\, each session combines strength training\,\naerobics\, motivation\, teamwork\, and mental toughness—all in a group\nenvironment where you push each other to show up and get stronger. \nEach session will be dedicated to the memory of a fallen Israeli soldier.\nSign up for one session or all four.
