DESCRIPTION:**AJC’s Leaders for Tomorrow (LFT) Accelerator Program is a Jewish advocacy\nleadership opportunity for local high school students**. Students will engage\nwith one another and the facilitators\, empowering them to be a voice for the\nJewish People. This program equips students with the knowledge\, confidence\,\nand skills to stand up for Israel\, build their Jewish identities\, and combat\nantisemitism. \n**AJC’s Empowered Parents helps parents navigate this unprecedented moment**\nby equipping them with the right knowledge and practice to advocate alongside\nand for their kids at their schools. What makes this program unique is the\nemphasis on practice. You’ll work through realistic scenarios in small groups\,\nrole-playing actual situations parents face: responding to antisemitic\ncomments from other students\, addressing biased curriculum materials\,\nnavigating problematic displays in school\, and talking with your child when\nthey come home upset. Final assignments will be given based on aptitude to ensure\nstudent success. Student stage crew will be assigned to adult supervisors at a\nratio of 2:1. \nBackstage crew is essential to the success of any show. This pilot program is\nthe first step to including everyone in theatre\, not just those who want to be\nin the spotlight. Gav Israel gives Cincinnati teens a taste of that same experience. \nGav Israel (Hebrew: “Israel’s Back”) is a free\, four-session fitness program\nopen to students in grades 9–12. Led by Yarden\, one of our Chaverim M’Israel\,\nalongside a martial arts instructor\, each session combines strength training\,\naerobics\, motivation\, teamwork\, and mental toughness—all in a group\nenvironment where you push each other to show up and get stronger. \nEach session will be dedicated to the memory of a fallen Israeli soldier.\nSign up for one session or all four. DESCRIPTION:**A free fitness program for Cincinnati teens—built on strength\, grit\, and\nreal connection.  ** \nIn Israel\, some high schoolers join fitness groups to prepare for military\nservice. Gav Israel gives Cincinnati teens a taste of that same experience. \nGav Israel (Hebrew: “Israel’s Back”) is a free\, four-session fitness program\nopen to students in grades 9–12. Led by Yarden\, one of our Chaverim M’Israel\,\nalongside a martial arts instructor\, each session combines strength training\,\naerobics\, motivation\, teamwork\, and mental toughness—all in a group\nenvironment where you push each other to show up and get stronger. \nEach session will be dedicated to the memory of a fallen Israeli soldier.\nSign up for one session or all four.
