The program includes orientation\nand hands-on training as wardrobe assistants\, run crew\, and prop management. \nThis is small\, focused experience is open to only 4 – 6 students. Prior\nTheatre at the J alumni and siblings of current cast members are especially\nencouraged to apply. Students should have ability to take direction and work\nindependently. Final assignments will be given based on aptitude to ensure\nstudent success. Student stage crew will be assigned to adult supervisors at a\nratio of 2:1. \nBackstage crew is essential to the success of any show. This pilot program is\nthe first step to including everyone in theatre\, not just those who want to be\nin the spotlight.
