This Carnival-themed\nart event will be sure to make you fall in love with elech – and who knows\,\nyou may even meet your new sweetheart! \n_What’s Tu B’Av?_\nTu B’Av is the 15th Day of the Jewish Month of Av. Originally\, it served as a\nmatchmaking day for unmarried women before 70 C.E.. Tu B’Av has been revived\nin recent decades to resemble Valentine’s Day.\n_What is elech?_\nelech is Cincinnati’s Queer Jewish Community that fosters belonging for\nmembers of our community.\n_Do I have to be Jewish?_\nNo! And we’re not a synagogue\, and our leaders aren’t always rabbis.\n_Do I have to be queer?_\nNot necessarily.
