Led by Yarden\, one of our Chaverim M’Israel\,\nalongside a martial arts instructor\, each session combines strength training\,\naerobics\, motivation\, teamwork\, and mental toughness—all in a group\nenvironment where you push each other to show up and get stronger. \nEach session will be dedicated to the memory of a fallen Israeli soldier.\nSign up for one session or all four.
