She has a Doctorate in Flute Performance\nfrom CCM and her early adoption of YouTube earned her an international\nfollowing and the nickname “The Internet Flutist.” She is Executive Director\nof the Foundation for Cincinnati Jewish Seniors and in her free time enjoys\nblending her love of Jewish culture and communal life with comedic\nstorytelling. DESCRIPTION:**Jim and Meredith Friedman\, and Kathy and Louis Claybon to be honored with\nthe 2026 American Jewish Committee (AJC) Community Service Award**.\nNearly 48 years ago\, Justin Friedman received the American Jewish Committee’s\nHuman Rights Medallion in recognition of his dedication to building\nunderstanding between Jewish and non-Jewish communities\, his leadership as\nPresident of the Cincinnati Chapter of AJC\, and his involvement in numerous\norganizations. Together\, Justin and his wife\, Frances\, established a family\ntradition of community service that has spanned generations. \nToday\, that legacy lives through his children\, Jim and Meredith Friedman\, and\nKathy and Louis Claybon\, whose collective leadership and contributions to\nJewish life and the Greater Cincinnati community are being recognized with the\n2026 AJC Community Service Award. Above all else\, family is the guiding\nprinciple for Meredith\, Jim\, Kathy\, and Louis. They all grew up with large\,\nnurturing extended families that regularly celebrated life cycle and holiday\noccasions together.
