Your Jewish Story, Your College Application
Applying to college means more than listing grades and test scores — it’s
about sharing your story. For Jewish students, that story often includes
powerful experiences that can set your application apart. Join us for a hands-
on workshop that helps Jewish high school students highlight their Jewish
experiences in college applications with confidence and authenticity.
**Limited to 20 students — save your spot today** and feel confident sharing
your story.
Together we’ll:
* Explore the key application sections where Jewish life can shine — from essays and activities lists to interviews.
* Share practical tips on when and how to highlight Jewish experiences.
* Provide resources for researching colleges’ approaches to antisemitism and support for Jewish students.
* Offer time to brainstorm, draft, and receive feedback from experienced admissions professionals.
* Highlight Jewish scholarships available for Cincinnati residents.
**Who Should Attend:**
Best suited for Jewish high school juniors and seniors. Sophomores are welcome
if space allows. Seniors are encouraged to bring drafts of application
materials for review.
**Facilitators:**
* **Stephanie De Falco** – Former Duke University admissions officer with 25 years of higher education experience; active leader in Cincinnati’s Jewish community.
* **Francesca Jensen** – College admissions consultant and founder of FPJ Consulting; former University of Michigan admissions representative.
**Presented by:** Cincy Journeys, a program of the Jewish Federation of
Cincinnati
