Special Olympics Powerlifting (Spring 2026)

_Ages 16+_

Join us in partnership with the Special Olympics of Hamilton County (SOHC) for
powerlifting courses and training. Spots are limited so sign up quickly.

Please Note: Competitive athletes will need to register with both the JCC &
Special Olympics of Hamilton County. Dates may adjust slightly based on the
Special Olympics Regional Competition dates.
