Holding Hope Together as Hostages Return
Join us as we come together to celebrate the return of the hostages, to orient
ourselves toward peace, and mark the beginning of the healing process. We will
gather together and lift up our voices to honor their resilience, remember
those still healing, and recognize the strength of the global Jewish
community.
This program is open to the entire community and all are welcome to attend.
**_Registration for this event is required._**
We are coordinating with local law enforcement to provide the safety and
security of all attendees.
**Bring What We’ve Carried**
Over the past two years, many of us have worn or displayed symbols of hope and
solidarity: **hostage dog tags, lapel pins, yellow ribbons, T-shirts, yard
signs, and more.**
At this gathering—**from 5:00–6:00 PM in the Mayerson JCC Amberley Room (doors
open at 4:30 PM)** —we invite you to bring these items if you feel ready.
At the **conclusion of the program** , they will be **collected as a shared
act of remembrance and renewal** —a way to honor what we’ve carried together
and to begin turning our hearts toward peace.
For those not yet ready to part with these items—or unable to attend—we’ll
continue to offer drop-off opportunities in the weeks ahead.
This is a **gentle invitation** , an opportunity for reflection and
connection, **not an expectation**.
