B’tzelem Elohim: A Sunday Morning Men’s Retreat

Join Matt Check, Director of Lifelong Learning, and guest facilitator Rick
Warm, Director of the Center for Wisdom and Leadership, for a Sunday morning
retreat designed for retired men to reflect on life’s later chapters through
engaging discussion and personal reflection. We’ll consider what a fulfilling
retirement looks like, the shifts in identity that come with stepping away
from work, and the evolving roles we play in family and community. Through a
Jewish lens, including the concept of B’tzelem Elohim (being created in God’s
image), we’ll explore purpose, connection, and new ways of seeing ourselves
and each other.
